• Bigin by Zoho CRM — certain contact form submissions are stored in Franky's CRM for follow-up. Bigin's own privacy practices apply to how they process and store that data.
• Google Fonts — this Site loads typefaces from Google's servers, which may receive your IP address as part of that request.
• Google Apps Script / Google Sheets — the site's connect forms submit to a Google Apps Script Web App, which stores your submission in a private Google Sheet for Franky's follow-up. If you submit the form on the Mortgage Calculator page, the numbers you entered in the calculator (such as home price, down payment, loan type, and estimated payment) are included with your submission so Franky can follow up on your scenario.
• Mortgage rate feed — the Mortgage Calculator and rate displays load this week's average mortgage rates from a Google Apps Script service, which may receive your IP address as part of that request. No personal information is sent. Numbers you type into the calculator stay in your browser unless you choose to submit a contact form or share a link.

Cookies

This Site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated and, where required, you'll be asked for consent before any tracking cookies are set.
