Franky is a 3rd-generation Long Beach native who attended the same Christian school from 3rd grade all the way through graduation. Real estate found him early, watching his father (who never finished high school) build a five-property portfolio and launch his own company from nothing but hustle.

Today he's a REALTOR® with Sage Real Estate (DRE #02200584), helping Long Beach renters see themselves as future investors, whether that starts with a condo, a single-family home with ADU potential, or a 2 to 4 unit house hack. Newly married, with his first child due in January, he brings the same long-view thinking to his own life that he brings to every client's first purchase.
